VEMACS
Our VEMACS election management and voter registration system was first installed in 1992 and is used in 11 states (Texas, Colorado, California, Washington, Nevada, Missouri, Ohio, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Indiana, and Illinois) to support millions of voters in thousands of election precincts. VEMACS is an Oracle based system with the following modules:

VEMACS accesses the Oracle database utilizing Oracle forms and reports for a fully integrated system. VOTEC is a member of the Oracle Technology Network which gives our customers access to expanded resources and services. VOTEC currently supports customers on a number of operating systems including AIX, HPUNIX, SUN, Windows NT, and Windows 2000. Please contact us directly for hardware specifications.
VOTEC has an installation record that is unmatched in the election industry. Our last seven customers have had VEMACS installed within 60 days of contract signing and delivery of computer hardware. This 60 day installation record includes Larimer County, our first customer in Colorado. Three customers (McLennan and Guadalupe Counties in Texas and Adams County in Colorado) were converted, installed, and trained within 21 days of contract signing.
VEMACS offers the most versatile mapping module on the market. VEMACS accepts street centerline files from mapping systems to batch update registered voters with new precincts and districts. Voter records that do not match are flagged for review and kept with their original precinct and district. Full mapping and registration history is kept for all transactions allowing for a complete audit trail.
